QMS fosters a safe space for girls to learn and grow without the social pressures of a coed high school experience. With plenty of individual attention in the classroom (average class size is approximately 18 students), young women can explore their talents in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Saddle Up

QMS is the only school in Canada to offer an on-campus English riding program. The outstanding Equestrian Program gives recreational and competitive equestrians the option to add riding to their weekly schedule and receive instruction in skills and theory. Students are welcome to bring their horse to board at school or ride one of over forty school horses.

Eleven equestrian-based academic courses, including Horse Training, Anatomy and Physiology, and Equestrian Management, are offered in the Senior School academic curriculum.

At QMS, academic rigor is complemented with engaging co-curricular programs in athletics, music and visual and performing arts. QMS students are committed to giving back, and contribute at least 20 hours of community service per year to local and global organizations.
